This is so funny to read because I have figured out that I have 5 daily practices that keep me happy during the pandemic. I don’t hit them all every single day, but I’m happiest when I do so I strive to whenever possible. Mine are: morning pages, exercise, reading, writing and walking my dog. These are the things that only I care about, everything else I do each day is for others, so I know they will happen because I’m an obliger! Today I did all 5 so I’m happy. 😁
