Thanks for this. I don’t want to have a blog on my own site and what you write makes a lot of sense. I’d rather focus my limited time on writing for other platforms that drive traffic for me. Glad I did take the step in creating a mailing list though, as you suggest. That allows me to alert subscribers to what I’ve written, wherever it might be. And I’ll be able to reach them regardless of what happens to a given platform (like Medium).
