Oh my gosh, glad it worked out as well as it did, but holy crap, that's scary. Our favorite cheese-less pizza: onions, olives, spinach, eggplant, mushrooms, roasted peppers and spinach. It's so crowded, there's no room for cheese. Topped with a little chili oil. (We are still waiting for our local pizzeria to put it on the menu and name it after us as, naturally, we think they should.)
