I'm with you on this. It concerns me, as does Gen Z's obsession with anti-aging skincare.

I've told my teen daughters if there was one thing I wish I could give them it's this: quiet confidence.

Self-love and acceptance must come from within, or from your faith, not from the accolades or attention of strangers. And when it does you don't need to broadcast it non-stop. I find the incessant need for attention regarding appearance sad. And ultimately, it's a losing game.
