I'm with you on all of these. My reading goal for the year is 48 books though and, for me, I've discovered that as close to daily as I can get exercise works as a great way to maintain my focus and determination! But not about losing weight, about getting stronger. Strength seems to improve feelings of capability, which feels empowering.
