Due to the terrible effects of beef production on the planet, particularly on water usage, methane production and air pollution, I think what’s missing in your study is an examination of the industry’s effect on human health through these means, before anyone even takes a bite. If the production of a food is harmful to the planet we live on and makes it less inhabitable for humans, how can it be healthy for us to eat? Just something for you to consider! (As you may have guessed, I do not partake. The above reasons are partly why.)
